Intermodality : a reality
In October 2013, for the 24th Public Transport meeting in Bordeaux, the department produced 2 movies about public transport to illustrate the intermodality in Gironde.
The aim of these videos is to show the audience that the transport network is improving asa well as interconnexions and that intermodality is a good alternative to private cars.
The routes selected are intentionally long journeys to enhance existing connections between Ter, ferries, buses, bus, tram, bike and river shuttle.
